The experience was great and very relaxing. The staff is very nice. I had a promotional session and was pressured into a 3 session package. Although, I enjoyed the other 3 sessions and did see some remarkable results, I, AGAIN, was pressured into more sessions. Each time I declined I was continually pressured. I did experience great results and would love to come back when I am able to afford to but, sadly I will not because of the pressuring. Maybe, if they just charged the pressured promotional cost to begin with and not pressure customers, they would have more repeat business.

Absolutely love my treatment! Brittney is amazing and highly recommended her when getting treatment here. She listens and pay so much attention to your needs and delivers in service. I have had great results that have been recognized by myself and those that see me. I have had various attempts at treatments from my dermatologist but none that have given me a result that I was pleased with. That is not the case anymore. My treatment with Brittney has given a glow, facial tightness, and more that brings out a confidence that I love. Brittney definitely brings out the best in my face and skin. ❣️

In the beginning my first package was great with Amanda. With the second group of sessions, Amanda was out due to an accident. The director filled in for her. Well…she was very rough, and heavy handed! One session with her and I came away with two new wrinkles!!! I was offered a free session…really!?! Permanent damage!!! Very disappointed!

I wasnt getting any results, went for my neck lines. With a complaint, I got the director. I only had 4 sessions left out of the 12. She did what she could. My neck has improved a little not that much, the director Joanne was excellent. I didnt like how the reception always asked if I wanted to leave a tip, they should pay the techs better since they charge alot for the service. The owner/boss/salesman was too pushy and a little annoying. They should change linen, towels, blanket per customer.

I had the Italian RF Firming treatment with Britney and it was amazing! The treatment feels warm and very relaxing, like a soothing heated massage for your skin. Britney is was very professional ,welcoming and makes you feel completely comfortable. After the session my skin felt tighter, smoother, and refreshed. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her and the Spa

I love my session with Cristina . From the beginning she was very thoroughly with my skin . She was very explanatory on how everything works.
The session was very intense .

I completed my third treatment of RF with my esthetician Angelica and couldn't be more satisfied. Angelica is fabulous. She is a trained professional and truly cares about her clients. Angelica puts forth much effort to ensure that her clients are seeing visible results towards skin tightening. Thus far, I am pleased with the skin tightening results that I am seeing.
